          Introduction Nowadays, artificial intelligence is everywhere. AI tools are changing the way we work and learn, from code completion to automated debugging and content creation. As a software engineer, I see first-hand how these tools can speed up tasks, improve productivity, and even inspire creativity.
However, there is a serious disadvantage. Over-reliance on AI can lead to long-term cognitive issues, knowledge loss, and difficulties solving problems.
AI can be seen as a calculator.
